By purchasing a Peony Club subscription, you acknowledge the following:

Subscription Period

Your subscription covers the designated growing season (dates announced each year). Start and end dates may shift slightly due to weather and bloom timing.

Pickup Locations

Subscribers agree to pick up bouquets during posted weekly pickup windows at the chosen Hartland or Hanover location.

Missed Pickups

If a bouquet is not picked up during the scheduled window:

It will be forfeited for that week.
Refunds or replacements are not offered for missed pickups.

Cancellations

Subscriptions are non-refundable once the season begins.
Before the season starts, cancellation requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice.
Payment is due at checkout. We accept major online payment methods as provided through our website’s secure payment system.

5. Refunds & Returns

Due to the nature of fresh flowers and handmade goods:

All sales are final.
We do not accept returns.

If you receive an order that is damaged or not as expected, please contact us within 24 hours with photos, and we will do our best to make it right.

6. Farm Tours & Events

Tour dates may be rescheduled due to weather or farm operations.
Guests must follow safety guidelines while on the farm.
We reserve the right to remove any guest engaging in unsafe or disrespectful behavior.
